Avsa - Mac Pollo
New e-commerce platform
The Challenge
Mac Pollo, the country's leading company in the sale of poultry products, came to Kubo with the need to renew its e-commerce platform.
This project represented several challenges, as the objective was not only to have an interface capable of handling different types of products and orders with varying business logic depending on the type of client or organization, but also because the platform needed to connect directly to internal systems to enable sales management and tracking.

The Analysis
Building this project required a multidisciplinary team from both companies who, over a period of time, implemented information migration flow strategies, content architectures based on consumer types, and conducted technical analyses to determine the best approach to resolve and improve potential bottlenecks caused by internal data consumption. All of these activities ensured that when the project was executed, it was done as smoothly as possible and with minimal impact on its production launch.
Not Just What You See
At first glance, we might say the project was “just” about building a front-end, but in reality, it was a highly complex initiative that required solving challenging scenarios:
- Migration to a new interface while avoiding SEO loss from the previous site and improving best practices to achieve better results..
- Development of multiple integration and information synchronization models..
- Structural API definitions and improvements to prevent performance impacts..
- Interface adaptations based on customer types..
It was not just a front-end development process; it was truly the creation of a digital product aimed at enhancing the purchasing experience and strengthening the brand’s positioning.
