What is MaxxiBeach?

MaxxiBeach is a sales application based on a beach micro-delivery model. The service allows users to receive products directly at their location while the operation maintains traceability across sales, inventory, and coverage areas.

The challenge

The main challenge was to micro-segment beaches into sufficiently precise areas so orders could be delivered to the correct location. The system also needed to manage coverage, assign orders, and maintain reliable GPS connections for a constantly moving operation.

The solution

Kubo implemented an advanced geolocation system that identifies the customer's location and assigns the order to the most convenient delivery person or beach station. Geographic segmentation of the beaches and GPS tracking optimize routes and maintain control over the micro-delivery operation.

The results

The solution improved order identification and assignment, enabled accurate and timely deliveries, and made it possible to organize operations by specific beach zones. Geolocation became the central component connecting customers, stations, and delivery personnel.
