What is KPMG One Key?

KPMG One Key is a digital tool created to manage workstations, meeting rooms, and facility access within KPMG Colombia's hybrid work model.

The challenge

KPMG had reduced its physical office space and needed to use it efficiently. From a technical standpoint, the application had to integrate securely with Active Directory and the corporate access system, using employees' existing credentials while protecting sensitive information.

The organization needed a critical tool for managing physical spaces in the post-pandemic workplace.

The solution

The solution developed by Kubo gave KPMG Colombia a tool to manage its physical resources that:

Optimizes resource management, improving costs and processes.
Provides an efficient process for booking workstations and meeting rooms.
Makes it easier for a flexible workforce to access company resources.

The results

To address these challenges, Kubo's development team worked closely with KPMG's IT team to ensure seamless integration with Active Directory and the facility access system. Robust security measures were implemented to protect sensitive information and ensure employee data privacy.

In addition to the core functionality for booking workstations and meeting rooms, the application offered features such as real-time availability, confirmed booking notifications, and the ability to manage last-minute changes.
